Hyatt Place San Francisco/Downtown Hotel, San Francisco

The hotel offers a beautiful view from the very nice rooms with a comfortable bed, excellent shower, and cleanliness. However, the lack of room maintenance, unavailable bar and restaurant, and restricted access to the roof terrace were drawbacks. The hotel provides a good amount of space.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern and clean, equipped with useful amenities like USB chargers and good shower facilities. However, the rooms were not cleaned properly, towels weren't replaced, and the bedding was unironed. Despite high demand, the bar was never open, there was no restaurant available, and the roof terrace was off-limits to hotel guests.

My stay at the hotel was a delight! The rooms were comfortable and great, but not soundproof, which could be a drawback. The service felt more like a cozy bed and breakfast experience, very helpful and pleasant. The location was fantastic, within walking distance to major attractions, although the view of a billboard from the entrance was a bit odd. The dining experience was simple but tasty, with a buffet breakfast available at an extra cost. Overall, a wonderful stay with some minor inconveniences.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and filled with natural light from all directions. The modern and clean design added to the overall comfort. The service was exceptional with welcoming, friendly, and helpful staff. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of many tourist attractions and the Giants stadium. The dining experience was great, even with current restrictions. The overall value for money was excellent.
